Another photography contest
I happened to discover another contest to enter. Clark Gardens, one of my favorite shooting places has an annual contest that I learned about purely by chance. This contest has cash prizes and the chance to sell the entries. Below are the four photos that I entered. I'm going to try to get photos of each of them in the frames to post as well. The frames really make a difference.

Well I found out that the judging was on the 6th. I won't know anything until I go out there to pick up my stuff, which I'm thinking about doing on Friday. I'll let everyone know the results as soon as I know them.

You can stop crossing your fingers. I didn't win anything. There is still some good news though. One of my photos did sell and I have a friend interested in buying one of the others.

Those are stunning shots!
At least I'm glad one of yours sold and you have more interest in others....it's a start.

I suppose...but I know a bit how you feel. I've been on Imagekind and Zazzle and sold a whole $5.29 worth...mostly my cut of calendars and bumper stickers I've made up from my photos...

There is good news on my front. My friend reminded me that she needs to start paying for the photo that she wants to buy. That will give me the first of my vacation fund for the year.
